I have my cell phone set to wake me up. This works (it uses a combination of vibrate, sound and light to wake me up) but it takes forever to get out of the bed so I just place it where I cant stop it from my bed - this means that I get out bed pretty much the moment it starts.
What I really think helps though is that I started to get up at the same time everyday (6am)*. As an added bonus, I can now remember my dreams for the first time in years.
*This works most of the time but not always. |
