I love this technique for clearing my energy field!
I have had the tapes for Opening to Channel for quite a while. I've read the book, but have felt resistance to using the tapes and sitting down to actually do the techniques. And then today, I find that I'm drawn to all these threads in this particular forum - and then I opened this one, and after reading it, the tapes immediately popped into my head.
