I think the challenge you have is every human's challenge. We are all given only a certain amount of time here on Earth.

About your immediate need of time,

morning cardio or gym or morning revisions of courses notes (5am-7am),
You could try listening to audiobooks or record your courses and listen to them again while you work out.

college courses (8am-2pm),
Do you NEED to go to all courses? Personally I think adapting to other people's learning speeds is annoying and too timeconsuming. Think about more efficient ways of learning the same material, maybe discuss it with a teacher. If the courses aren't that intense you can do some assignments while you're there.

college assignments or reading [middle of 4 programming books] (2pm-8pm),
This is 6 hours of work, with the courses that's a big load of work for a normal student, 12 hours of work every workday? Are you being totally efficient here?

writing (8pm-10pm)
Can you touchtype? Maybe you should try to type less, or do it in the weekend.

sleeping (10pm-5am)
Sleep well

And good luck with your goals!
