Its funny how the illness can stay secret for so long even after people get well. I have noticed that in a few people who have recovered, they just shut the door on that part of their life and don't look back. I can understand that though.
I dont think I shut the door, its more that I was ashamed of it.
I only share things like this if I feel someone will gain something I guess.

Great! This is what I mean. I know its not always easy. There is also something very powerful about saying "I am not perfect".
