Very good! When I started changing my way of thinking, I started small, by working to focus my thoughts for 1 minute every hour, then built upon that. I have unconsciously programmed myself now the recognize when I am having a "bad" thought. Just today a guy was going at least 45 into the beach parking lot and all I could think about was "You moron!" But I caught myself before it got farther and reminded myself I only focus on happy things that please me. People going 45 MPH into a parking lot does not please me, so I will not focus on it.
