Thank you all for the encouragement.

This is about the 5th time this month that the universe makes me see that page about reactive hypoglycemic, so I've stopped being stubborn and actually read it.

It does seem to fit my symptoms very strongly...

When I get hungry I get moody
Before I actually feel the hunger at times I can feel sweat all over my body
I feel dizzy and lightheaded (no passing out, thank God)
I have very sweaty palms that I always associated with being nervous.
But... there have been times where I was nervous and had sweaty palms without there being any logical reason for it.
I get headaches when I'm hungry

All this.. I've learned to associate with hunger but it actually happens before I feel hungry or before my stomach tells me that it needs food...

I'm going to eat more times a day these 2 days and will call the doctor on Monday about this.

Although the diet mainly is fruit and veggies there is also plenty of white rice and potatoes. I'm going to see if I can substitute those for just veggies or different veggies.

The diet also has supplements that need to be taken every time before the meal, so I need to know what to do with those (all natural stuff to help you digest, be less hungry and clean the liver and stuff).

If it is detox and it takes about 4 - 6 weeks... I'm going to stop now. I know that I could handle this a few days, maybe a week, but for sure not a few weeks... and besides, I'm not that unhealthy that all these symptoms should be that strong...

My intuition says it has to do with blood sugar. So I'm going to investigate that some more and get a formal diagnose from the doctor, or try a home glucose test.

Thank you all for your support! It has been a VERY long time that I've felt like this and I don't like it. I want to be my normal happy self again!!
