Yup, I do a lot of that on the site. Last year I tried to do the P90X program for 90 days straight. I did it for 58 days straight documenting every day with pictures of the food I was eating etc. and then I got off the plan. So I document my successes and my failures.
Right now I'm doing a challenge to lose 13 lbs by May 21st against another Blogger with a $600 wager I have to pay him if I don't hit my goal. I update my weight every day on the site so people can see how well I'm progressing (or not progressing
