Hey guys, i'm having a big problem lately..actually for a couple months now. I can never sleep early, i always seem to leave work to the last minute and end up sleeping past midnight. Then on the days i get work done, i go to bed but stay awake for hours since my body is so accustomed to sleeping late. I know this sounds dumb...just do your work and sleep early all the time then right? But it's really hard, idk y. Then during the days I'm dead tired. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
