This is really important... I love your approach, dsmoke and what a change in outlook that represents ! And Erki and Lil Chris, you are so right --- there are all sorts of things in physical reality, some seem to be more intrusive than others.
At the same time, is there power in the first post I copied up here which could be applied to the second two?
Please understand, I mean this to be a highly, highly respectful question to all who read it.
First, a lot of people who are actually overweight also suffer from all sorts of related conditions, so even if the focus is on body weight, a lot more could be involved.
Second, could the effort to heal a diagnosed condition be helped by a strong intention towards overall health and happiness within one's body?
Could such an approach have a physiological effect to truly and specifically improve whatever state of health one is in?
