Thank you for that post Mind Reality, it really helped clarify a few things that I have been pondering. In particular, whether my positive thoughts can have an effect on anyone long distance.
Recent experiences seem to suggest this is happening but I was finding it a little difficult to convince myself that I was really able to make a difference.
