Anyway, how would you even know you 'should have' tried something you never get around to trying? Who is making the 'should' up? It doesn't make a lick of sense. What's the big 'What if?' that you're afraid of, that's paralysing you?
The big What If is what if that was your calling? What if that was what would bring you true happiness? Being a pastry chef may be low on your list, but ALL my interests are HIGH on mine. That means any one of them has just as good a chance as any of being what I was born to do. I would just hate to miss out on that because that's the meaning of life, to find your purpose!
