Well there are literally hundreds of them all over the world, and all the ones I've checked will accept you any time if there is an open bed there. Some have room for more people than others do. But i'm sure the longer you wait, the harder time you'll have of finding one with an open spot. As for the ones that aren't farms, the ones that go year round, those would be much easier to get into since they are permanent and ongoing.
