My experience so far with that sex as far as lucid dreaming goes is that I lose lucidity in the dream and wake up. Always. I have not been successful at astral travel yet so I don't know about that one.
I have felt the vibrations (more like a tornado) in the chest and ear ringing while being unable to move in the hypnagogic state. Wow, that sure is real and it's definitely not a dream or hallucination. I always get to freaked out (scared) to continue. |
I had the exact same thing happen to me in my sleep, I was scared like I never been before because I was afraid I was going to die. Vibrations all over my body, a strange ringing noise, paralyzed, bright lights and darkness, and I was moving out of my body and floating upwards.
