I would suggest taking on one thing at a time. Doing too much at once can lead to lots of incomplete projects or lots of projects that get done but end up being less enjoyable or sub-par in the end.

I'd say look at the list of things you want to do and decide that if you could only do one, which would it be? Or, you can look at it and choose to start on the task that will be on of: 1) the easiest 2) the fastest, or 3) lend itself the most to the process of learning the others. But, choose one, really focus on it and give it your all. Let the process be about what you're doing and not about what you plan on accomplishing.
