I came across this post to day and after reading down the list of reply I couldn't believe how many women find it so hard to be truthful. When you see a guy for the first time you don't say to your self he looks like he can hold a conversation or I can tell he has a wonderful personalty. We -both men and women size a person up the moment we see them. so no there is no one answer to the question what do women find attractive but please stop saying it depends on there personalty.
Let me tell you I know a lot of signal funny, intelligent, honest, caring, thoughtful, open minded and yes confident guys who cant seem to get a date and you know why all of them are over weight or funny looking now I'm not saying that a good looking person could not also have these traits but if you don't find some one attractive when you first meet them you will not be inclined to get to know them.
Of course personalty counts but we all want to be sexually attracted to some one who is funny, intelligent, honest, caring, thoughtful, open minded and yes confident.
If you want to test it ,think about this- two men are at the end of a bar and the bar tender tell you that one of the guys at the other end of the bar paid for all your drinks you look to see one guy is extremely attractive ( what ever you see that as) and the other is not they are both looking at you and smiling which do you hope it to be.

Need more ...ask your self this why are there not less available fat guys and strange looking geeks walking around when most of them have the best personaltys
