This post is not going to be of help to you if you do not have a bigger vision for your life and the world, but let me put it here anyway:
What is your bigger purpose here on earth?
What do you think is the biggest problem that we face today?
What is the solution to it?
How could you contribute? How could you make this solution happen?
How can you bring your vision together with your most important needs?
While we speak about your most important needs: What are your most important needs? What is it that you want in life? What do you like? What do you dislike? What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses?
Again: What is your bigger vision? In what way are
YOU PERSONALLY going to contribute to society?
Now, there are two possible outcomes for you after reading this post:
1.) You are not interested in contributing to the world. You just want to do what you think will make you feel good and give you money.
2.) You realize that if you put every decision in the context of your vision then your decision is going to be easy. Everything will line up with your purpose and you will live a happy and meaningful life.
Sorry for sounding harsh, I don't mean to offend you in any way. I made this post because this is the same
EXACT process that I go through whenever I don't know which way to go.
I just ask myself "Does this line up with my vision for a better world?" and if the answer is "No, it doesn't but it would be easier and I would feel far more comfortable and I just don't want to go this route." I just say to myself "Ok, do I want to contribute to the world and live a life with purpose or do I want to see my family, my friends, my future children, all the people I love and all the people that love me and ultimately all the people in this world
DIE because I don't want to go the hard route?"
This usually makes making a decision very easy for me. So, again, I don't mean to be harsh to you. This is just the hell of a process that I walk through myself.
