I hate wearing helmets...but aside from that its a good idea. There is a great park to ride near where I live and exersize is always good. A good way to be mindful.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh Im so anxious right now. Its night time so I can't go for a walk or a run. I didn't realise i was anxious until I refused to go along with my eating disorderd wishes to eat a tub of ice-cream. I'm just listening to music and waiting for the anxiety to go away.
