It's all part of the EM spectrum. What you consider "physical" is simply what registers on your senses.

IMO, LoA is looking at it from the wrong end. Your thoughts are not the origin point or the creator, but they are rather conduits of manifestation for what has already been created. Just because manifestation happens "through" you does not mean "you" created it. This is similar to your TV screen where the cable network programming is manifested, but your TV is not the creator of the programming.
