I think what's more important here is getting rid of Bulimia. Try to find an outlet for your feelings. When I am sad I draw. It doesn't solve my problems, it just gets rid of the negative emotions behind them. But somehow what
always solves my problems is self-reflecting enough to truly understand the basis of it, and then telling someone. It's as if as soon as I turn my problems into words to tell someone else, they dissolve into the air, just like my words
