Yes, your dream is all about you. Definitely a wake up call. My suggestion is to start expressing everything you feel.
Your wife, leg pain and chest pain, that should get her attention too I hope! She's got issues around the heart and moving forward with something new perhaps (right leg). I'm glad you did acupuncture, that's what i was going to suggest. You and your wife can do some emotional processing together it seems since the issues are heart/emotional.
