If you are using windows vista and I presume windows seven there is a snipping tool which allows you to select a part of the active screen and select it, then save it as a jpeg file. The jpeg file can the be used to illustrate the message from the server.
If you are using a Mac or Linux I am sure their are ways to accomplish the same task. I am however unaware how help with those operating systems.
