I did the 20 min exercise a year or so ago and have it written down in my diary in England. A lot has changed since then but I can still remember what's written in that diary and so I think I hit on my purpose:
To give love and affection to as many people as possible. To forgive and accept. To break down the barriers that divide people through communication.
And it feels right because in the past year I've found someone that I can pour love into and I've learnt a new language through moving abroad (communication). Although I'm still not sure how the last sentence will manifest.
