As someone who would not consider myself at all "in tune" with spirituality or all that stuff, I found it interesting that I have been feeling certain negative feelings in the solar plexus area (navel to low-mid chest). When I looked at the chakra list on Erin's blog the problems and negative feelings I have been experiencing correspond to the Yellow/Solar Plexus Chakra.
