Yeah, nuts and dried fruit. I suggest you make your own "trail mix" so you can get dry roasted nuts and dried fruits without added sugar.

Also, try more to eat walnuts as they provide omega 3 fats, which are good for you. Otherwise go with almonds and peanuts as they have more protein per serving that other nuts.

Some people also like to make shakes for themselves. Endless recepies on "health" shakes. I don't do them myself, so I leave it at that.

Also, nothing really beats just plain fruit, banana, apple, etc... it is also compact and will fill you up.
