On psi balls, I just found a few websites on this and started reading along (one of my special 'abilities' is reading a lot of random things ). From what I got out of that the use of psi balls is mostly just having a bit of fun and being able to better focus your psi so to say.

I think you managed to create one without actually trying, well done !!
From what I read, to create a psi ball you need to be focused and clearing your mind of everything else. Meditation seems like a very good way to do this.

And yeah please post the steps, I got as far that my body starts heating up because of the psi (I presume) but I can't seem to get a lot of that inside my hands. I stopped trying at some point because I didn't think it was save, overheating my body didn't seem like a great plan...

The question was more of a joke but thanks for taking the time to answer it. I realize there isn't any real 'proof' that you can show to someone who's not believing in it. Its hard enough to convince a critic of something physical standing right infront of them let alone convincing a critic of the existence of something inside of them/spiritual.

This all started when I became more focused on self improvement about 3 months ago, since than I changed tremendously. A few days ago I was talking with my parents about a seminar (Carl van den Velde) we attended and my mother commented that in the past few month's I changed a lot for the better. So I guess its having its effect, I still have a couple of challenges I have to deal with and its going to be a life long journey. I'm just glad I started rolling now...

Edit; You can edit CFPurpose
Double edit; I stumbled on this free e-book about learning meditation;
Mindfulness In Plain English
I'm at chapter 5, so far this seems like a good way to help me on my path to discovery of the truth. What I especially like about this particular one is that the focus is about finding out yourself how the world functions. The idea isn't telling you what to believe, but to allow you to discover how the world works without your ego interrupting. Its interesting though that I searched for meditation before but I never really started, its interesting because I found it at this time in my development. I'm feeling like I'm at a crossroad, I'm not accepting 'reality' anymore as most people view it but questioning everything. And this books is giving me a tool to do this, hell I might become enlightened eventually!
