You shouldn't need to change the ip as well as the name servers. In fact, most places reccomend that you don't enter the ip as it can change. The name server names shouldn't change however.

You get a bill? I pay for most of my stuff using paypal and I don't get no stinkin bills!
(I usually just get an email)
