Default Life sucks, then you die

"Life sucks, then you die". Thats what I typed into a search engine that led me to this site. I read the home page and went immediatly to Amazon and ordered the book.

I'd like to believe that feelings of depression can be used as guideposts on a path to to a happier more fulfilling life.

I'd like to stop using antidepressants. I think the true cost of the overuse of antidepressants in society is to those who truly have a medical need for them but afraid they are using them to avoid accepting reponsibility for their own lives like so many others. How do I know if I'm that person?

Im tired of having a great days in which I feel like I've really achieved something only to sabotage all of it in a single bout of depression. I have to change this.
