I'm wondering what you recommend that I can do for food after the gym that would fill me up for a few hours at least. I can't also bring enough for two meals due to how much I can carry on me.

Any ideas?
Either that or boiled eggs. They are energy-dense, neat (can keep them in the shell until you want to eat them) and easy to make.

Another option is to eat nuts--peanuts or almonds or walnuts depending on your preference. Easy to carry with you and also easy and neat to eat. You'll want them unsalted obviously. Nuts are also very energy-dense, so you won't be starving after an hour or two after your workout.

Good luck!
