I did look it up after you mentioned it though. I'd like to look more into it. From what I could tell, it is the practice of creating and feeling your energy as it gets stronger. Am I correct? I have done this wilst practicing a specific meditation I have done. At the end of it, you rub your hands together and feel the warmth and energy between them as you seperate your hands and allow all the energy to embrace you. You can actually feel it. I have had some great results with this specific meditation. I always have to remind myself of the steps though before hand so I'll copy and past it to you if you are interested.
Care to enlighten us on the purspose of creating PSI Balls? I always find it a good idea to post back up information to the topic you bring up as it shares knowledge with other browsers and allows the thread to become something to learn from as apposed to just a conversation.
