3. Tiredness
For the first week and a bit of being on PATHS I was extremely tired...to the point that some nights I was going to bed about 7-7:30pm. How is everyone else feeling? Over tired or all good?

4. Cognitive Dissonance
How does this impact your day-to-day life? Has anyone been experiencing it with their modules? I have been having feelings of confusion/uneasiness that sit with me for a bit and then suddenly disappear. Completely different feeling from anxiety but still a little weird; it is like fighting an invisible force and I am not part of the fight, but can feel it.

5. Strange/Unexpected Results
As I mentioned in another post, I suddenly have a heightened sense of colour...this is still with me, although I am getting used to seeing everything in full technicolour now! Has anyone else experienced unexpected results? Maybe with increase in workload etc...

1. I have had a little SBS. One day, I forgot to bring my spirulina with me to work and by the end of the day I was in a complete fog and felt like my brain was shutting down. When I got home, I took a bunch of spirulina before dinner (allowed it to digest for 1/2 hour or so before I ate anything else) and I started to feel better.

2-3 Tiredness - yes and no. Again, pretty much only if I forget to take spirulina before bed. Then I wake up groggy. I know the amount of spirulina each person needs is different - just like we all have different "ideal foods and nutrients for ideal health." I'm on probably around 12 g per day. Seems like a lot, but my body is processing it just fine and I feel great.

4. Cog Diss - oh yeah. I had a few days of this when I got on the self-esteem/confidence builder. There was a little war inside me for a few days while I released some negative beliefs about myself and some low self-esteem. Now that I've been on it a while, I feel good. And when I find a low-self-esteem feeling or think a thought, I immediately chuckle to myself and replace it.

5. wow. the super-saturated color thing is COOL! I want that! It's like cross-processing film to prints. (photography was an amateur hobby of mine for a minute - lol). I don't think I've had any weird experiences so far. I will say that the better I feel, the more intuitive I become. And I'm not on the intuitive/insight module. I've always been fairly intuitive, but feeling more and more confident is really increasing my ability.
