After Gym practical foods
Hey guys,
Just looking for some ideas here. I want to start going to the gym in the mornings (some days it's before class, others before work). My dilemma is that even though I live 15-20 min from campus walking distance, it doesn't make sense to walk there earlier in the morning to have to walk back home to shower and eat. I'm wondering what you recommend that I can do for food after the gym that would fill me up for a few hours at least. I can't also bring enough for two meals due to how much I can carry on me.
Any ideas?
