Hi kevs!

This may help: (excerpt from the post you are referring to)

I have had trouble all my life getting to sleep and staying asleep.

Before I found PATHS, I was using tryptophan, and then melatonin. (I have also tried many other things like damiana)

All these things helped...but I still found it very hard to fall asleep, and I continually woke up and took a long time to fall back asleep.

When I started using PATHS I stopped using the melatonin. It was definitely a better sleep, but I still found it hard to fall asleep and stay asleep.

Finally, when I combined taking melatonin and the PATHS Extra Strength Sleep Booster, I can now fall right to sleep and stay asleep all night long!!!

This combination (PATHS and Melatonin) is the only thing that has worked for me in over 35 years!

Kevin

Try taking the melatonin without the PATHS sleep module. Then take the melatonin with the PATHS sleep module. See if there is any difference.
