Here's some info from a FAQ that might help:
***********************************
All instructions are embedded in the audio and the visual components of the Theater presentation equally.
If one is deaf, or has hearing in only one ear, then, because of the binuaral beat they should not listen to the audio. The will still get full instructions from the visual.
If one is blind, then they would have to listen to get all the instructions.
If one is sight impaired in only one eye, that is no problem, there is no "stereo" component to the visual aspect of the instructions.

Not that I don't understand your point of view. Some of the info about all of this brings out a less than favorable gut reaction in me, but it wasn't the info that swayed me. It was the results that people were getting. After 6 days, I'm getting results that are unusual enough for me to want to stay the course, no matter what I might think about the technology involved. I think that the most accurate thing I can say about the technology is that "I don't understand".
Nevertheless, if you aren't getting results, you may be one of those that it just doesn't work for. I'd say that if you've talked with the company and let them modify the modules to optimize them for you and haven't gotten results, get the refund. You can at least say that you gave it a go. It might be that your results happen a bit further down the road and if it's remarkable enough you might be back.
In any case, thanks so far for posting your experience. Based on what others have been posting, I think you were justified in taking a good whack at it!
