Well I should let Aaron answer the technical questions...but I suggest you stick it out for the entire 30 days and then ask for the refund if it still doesn't work.

I glanced at some of the other forums, and in one they said that due to some people's subconscious minds being more retentive than others, people will have differences in how fast changes are made:

It appears that the time it takes is the only difference, though. Results still come for the LSRs after 1-2 months. So keep it up and see what happens

I think I'm a HSR like many of the others who posted results here... last night when I couldn't sleep and was tossing and turning in bed, I intuitively perceived that I might have misprogrammed the sleep times for the presentation, and I turned on my computer to check and I was right

I'd love to say it was because of PATHS, but it's hard to tell in my case since my spiritual work has helped heighten my intuition already. However...I did sleep very soundly, dreamt very pleasantly (in fact, my first "good" dream in ages -- most of mine are neutral, bordering on negative), and gently woke up before my alarm rang so I didn't get disturbed. Wow!
