Hey all, as some of you may know I've been trying PATHs for about 2 weeks now and haven't had a lot of results. Today after watching the theatre once I decided to watch it again, except this time I tried to pay attention to the little flashing text that shows up instead of this thing in the middle. After watching for it in the exercise module I saw text that said "Trim", "Exercise", "GH", "Digestion", "Fit", etc.
Is that all this is? Just a flash thing that flashes these English words on your screen fast enough so that you only subconsciously see it? I thought there was some "universal code" here? If this is just about flashing words like "Digestion" and "GH" (growth hormone) on the screen, I've seen products you can download for free that do that on your desktop as a screensaver.
Also, while looking at it I actually had to zoom in on the flash video because otherwise it was too small to see the words because I'm running my monitor at 1600x1200 resolution so the flash video is quite small on my screen. Is that maybe why I'm not getting results, because my screen resolution is too high for me to see the little words?
