I think compassion is really the only quality from that list that may seem tricky to apply to a darkworker. For a darkworker the equivalent of compassion would be self-respect. This means maintaining high standards and holding yourself in high esteem. It means knowing that you're worthy of greatness.
If instead of compassion, we substitute the word respect, the correlation is more clear. A lightworker treats others with respect (compassion). A darkworker respects himself first and foremost. For a lightworker respect is primarily an outwardly directed quality, something that's expressed towards other people. For a darkworker respect is inwardly directed, an internal sense of self-worth.
