I decided to give PATHS a try after hearing alot of good reviews. Last night was my first night with four modules. I went to bed sleepy, but had all these weird thoughts going through my head and the sleep wasn't very good.
Today I started taking Spirulina as suggested, and had one of my modules switched out for the Mood Elevation module. I watched this afternoon and haven't seen any noticable difference in my mood, but I'm more than willing to give it some time.
I think hearing the good things happening in people's lives as per the two posts above me has lifted me up more than anything today!
