I don't necessarily think that there are darkness motivated goals and lightness motivated goals in terms of what the goals are. I think that any goal can be turned in to either light or dark depending on what the thought process is behind it. For instance the goal to open a charity organization sounds very much lightworker oriented however, a darkworker can have the same goal but for the reason to get respect and recognition.
I know that the 10 ways to become more conscious can apply to darkworkers in some way I just need someone to tell me how.
