It's not 'better' sleep that you're looking for. It's changes in sleeping patterns. I've been a terrible sleeper for about 20 years, and it actually got worse. I started freaking out and emailing paths management to complain.

AFter around 4 weeks or so, I started to fall right into my requested sleep schedule. It's been great ever since.
