I have also found that with one of my modules I can *feel* myself fighting it; e.g. self-sabotaging...but this is starting to dwindle a bit and I know what is happening, so I keep it in my awarness and when that tendency arises, although I don't stop it, I don't focus on it, and over the past two days I have noticed a decrease.

I keep reading that if you notice better sleep, then you'll know it's working (and I haven't noticed any improvement in sleep, BTW). But I didn't purchase PATHS for sleep. That's not my main concern at all. I'd much rather see results in the areas of the specific modules I purchased.
