Yeah I was surprised to hear that you were only 14. When I was your age (wow talking like an old timer and I'm 20...) I never had any of those thoughts. I suppose it is because I come from a really sheltered background. I lived in a pretty all-american town where nothing bad ever happened and it was pretty much just your typical Pleasantille, USA. I felt happy living complacently back then.
It's good to see your seeing a therapist, maybe they can shed some light on the issue.
I also really admire you for being so philosophical, so in touch with your feelings and for having such an introspective nature at such a young age. You are more aware of yourself than most people at that age. A sign of maturity.
