Nah. Let it go. If you don't, you'll keep creating the same situation over and over again.
Try to figure out what it is you're trying to learn from all of this. Then EFT the contempt away. Or use some other strategy to release it.
But the important thing is, there's a lesson hidden in this situation. Find it, and then be thankful for it. |
