In this case your fear of rejection is where you have invested some of your personal will power. To overcome that fear each day requires that you commit that same amount of will power, and then a little bit more, to overcome your fear. This is a lot of effort (or you could call it self discipline.)

If you recover the personal power from the beliefs of fear of rejection it will take very little effort to talk to ten people. You will have no internal resistance (fear) doing so. With out internal resistances of fear taking disciplined action takes very little will power. A little bit of commitment is enough to get you going. You just decide to do it.

It is even easier when you consider that by dissolving your fear based beliefs you will have recovered more personal power with which to accomplish what you want.
So, in this case, will power is not really needed to get one to do the work as much as to overcome the fear of rejection? So, once one is over the fear of rejection, working towards the goal, talking to 10 people per day in this case, might be relatively easy.
Makes sense. Thanks
