Yes, 'let me stay up till 4am' and 'doesn't pass out from exhaustion until 4 am' are two very different things.
I have recenty gotten into biphasic sleeping and it is working wonders. I do go to bed at 4 am and get up at 7

and I am much more awake now than when i was sleeping a full 8 hours.
I also have a nap for 90 mins around 7pm though. Thoroughly reccomended.
