I shall start at the beginning of April. I want to improve my self-confidence, and I want to be more loving and grateful, especially in the workplace, so I still haven't quite figured out which of the modules will be right for me.
A question about spirulina, before I rush out and buy some: people mention consuming "grams" of spirulina per day. Does it usually come in tablet or capsule form, or is it a powder? About how many tablets make up one gram? (I live in Japan, and only Japanese brands seem to be available here, and even then not widely so.)
It's good if people post their results here and all remember to post exactly which
modules they are using. It's very helpful for the rest of us, and I thank you!
