It's funny, but pretty much all of the results Rocket Surgery listed in his "results" post (absvan, it was pointed satire) were results I noticed I was actually having! I'm not going to make a lunch date with Hitler but there has been a real sense of amped up love, gratitude, peace and joy. These qualities have really been jumping up into my consciousness like hungry puppies. Negative feelings have been sliding off me. It might have to do with the fact that I'm sleeping and eating so much better, too.
