You did not create Steve or anyone else.. The reason certain people and events show up in your reality is to
make real what you hold true for yourself in your thoughts, beliefs and actions. Thus, "attraction" is probably a better word for it than "creation".
Some things we forget that we hold true in our minds the same way we forget what we ate 20 years ago for dinner... or they become etched into the subconscious and work automatically without active thought just like riding a bike, driving a car and speaking a language.
Other things lie completely outside of our awareness until they actually show up in our reality. Once you are aware of them, you are once again in charge to keep attracting it or repelling it with your thoughts, beliefs and actions.
