I can't speak for Steve as this question will be answered differently for different people. It will depend upon what they *believe. If you believe that all of creation is holographic and that we are parts of something bigger, then you would order from "the universe" if that's what you call "everything". Our perceived relationship to 'whatever' is more important than what we call it or believe it is. My personal experience and the writings of most religious literature support the idea that 'whatever' will respond to us exactly as we believe 'it' to be. Whether that be as a shephard, protector, father, mother, Santa claus.....or on the other side, as some vengeful tyrant or just a chaotic series of unrelated events. Your beliefs will be made real.
