1. I understand the boundaries of what I am capable of understanding. There are chemical boundaries, verbal boundaries, emotional boundaries, cognitive boundaries, memory-based boundaries. I have gone to the edge of each of these boundaries, "looked down the rabbit hole" as deeply as I could, and I returned to the world of the living. I like to think of the world of the non-living as "the netherworld". It is the world that exists beyond our perception.
2. Ascension is when your consciousness envelopes a higher state of being rather than becomes one with it. In other words, your being IS the higher state rather the you being a ripple in the flow of the energy field of the higher state. If I were to die right now, I would merge with the collective unconscious rather than sway the flow of it. As a living entity, I am swaying the flow it.
