You could try a vasectomy, or your girlfriend might consider contraception (pill) other than that you have to exercise some self restraint. This isn't easy and it's too late when you are in the act. It would be like trying to turn back the tide. It has to be thought about ahead of time. If you can't find a reliable way to protect yourselves then you will have to use discipline. You don't have to give yourself a hard time (pun) practice discipline daily until it is a part of you. Make a good decision about what you want in your life and work with that. Your the one that will have to live with whatever choices you make today.
